These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SarkariPath website at sarkaripath.co and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

SarkariPath is an educational roadmap platform designed to help aspirants preparing for Indian government exams. We provide step-by-step visual roadmaps, curated resource recommendations, eligibility checkers, and exam comparison tools for exams including UPSC CSE, SSC CGL, IBPS PO, RRB NTPC, and others. Our content is intended as educational guidance to help you plan and organise your preparation.

Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with others.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
  • One account is for one individual user. Sharing paid access across multiple users is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Payment Terms

  • SarkariPath offers lifetime access to all roadmaps and premium features for a one-time payment of ₹599. There are no recurring charges or hidden fees.
  • All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Dodo Payments. By making a purchase, you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms and policies.
  • "Lifetime access" means access for as long as the SarkariPath platform remains operational.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change the price for new customers at any time. Existing paid users will not be affected by price changes.

Intellectual Property

All content on SarkariPath, including but not limited to roadmaps, text, graphics, UI design, code, and curated resource lists, is the proprietary intellectual property of SarkariPath. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without our prior written consent. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own educational purposes only.

Acceptable Use

When using SarkariPath, you agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute paid content to unauthorised users
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions

Limitation of Liability

SarkariPath provides educational guidance and preparation resources only. We do not guarantee any specific results, exam outcomes, or selection in any government examination. Success in competitive exams depends on numerous factors beyond the scope of our platform, including individual effort, aptitude, and the specific exam conducted by the respective authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SarkariPath and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (₹599).

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Exam patterns, syllabi, and eligibility criteria may change without notice by the respective examination authorities; while we strive to keep our content up to date, we recommend verifying critical information from official sources.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. You may also choose to delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access paid content will cease. In cases of termination for violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through a notice on the platform.
