Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your SarkariPath purchase. If our platform does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process within the eligible window described below.
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with the content or the platform for any reason during this period, you are entitled to a complete refund of the ₹599 one-time access fee.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, send an email to support@sarkaripath.co with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- The date of purchase
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
Please use the subject line "Refund Request" so we can prioritise your email.
Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will review and process it within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.
After the 7-Day Window
Refund requests made after the 7-day window has elapsed will not be eligible for a refund. Since SarkariPath offers lifetime access for a one-time fee, the 7-day period provides a fair trial window to evaluate the platform before your purchase becomes final.
Exceptions
We may consider refund requests outside the standard 7-day window in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
- Service unavailability: If the platform experiences prolonged downtime or a critical issue that prevents you from accessing paid content for an extended period.
- Unauthorised transaction: If you believe a payment was made without your authorisation, please contact us immediately.
All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Account Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to premium roadmaps and paid features will be revoked. Your free account will remain active, and you can repurchase access at any time.
